You retain rights to your website and business content, while granting Tunnel permission to access, analyse, reproduce and adapt it solely to provide the Services. Content generated for you belongs to you once published to your properties, but you are responsible for reviewing it before use. Tunnel retains ownership of its own software, features, graphics, data compilations and other service materials.
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and disputes generally fall under the competent courts of Chișinău. Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK retain mandatory consumer-law protections in their country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
